Problem statement: Employee turnover has been an issue of concern over the recent past. This is due to the increasing number of part-time working employees as compared to full-time employees. Many researchers have explored the issue of part-time employees and how they impact employee turnovers in organizations. For the literature review of this paper, the research resource Investigating differences in job-related attitudes between full-time and part-time employees in the foodservice industry. International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management by Joung et al. will be an essential development ARTICLE (Joung et al. 2018). For this research, the keywords I used in my search were employee turnovers and part-time working and impacts on turnovers. My initial thoughts on the most suitable data collection methods will focus on both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the research. Therefore, I will use the mixed-method sample research design for this research. This sample research design uses more than one approach when examining a research problem. Therefore, I will use interviews, surveys, observation, and questionnaires CONSIDER JUST USING QUESTIONAIRESto collect relevant data to support this research. The intended participants in this research will be part-time employees, full-time employees, and organizational managers working in MacDonald’s fast food restaurant. DO YOU HAVE PERMISSION TO DO THIS?
For this research paper, I will explore both the primary and secondary data. Primary data refers to data collected directly from the source, while secondary data is data collected through primary data collection methods and made readily available for use by research at their convenient time< YES BUT THE SECONDARY DATA IS YOUR LIT REVIEW. Interviews, observation, and questionnaires will provide sources for primary data because I will get the reactions and responses of the participants directly from them. For secondary data, I will use survey methods to explore relevant materials available in libraries and other archives.NO.
