98 Sebring dies after it gets warm, then starts when cool: looses spark.

I drive the car for 10 minutes and it stops and won’t start. Let it cool off and it starts. I checked for spark when it didn’t start and it didn’t have spark. I had a similar problem with a Buick and it was the crankshaft sensor. I was wondering if it could be the coil getting hot and shorting.
