- Create a program for weeks 10 weeks based on the guidelines listed on in Figures 10.3, 10.4, or 10.5 (choose which figure to follow based on your exercise level). and in Chapters 6 and 7
- Utilize the days of the week in your plan so for instance: Monday: Resistance Training, Tuesday: Aerobic, etc
- Include warm up duration and exercises, # of reps or timed intervals
