Explain the Definition and Causes of Intellectual Disabilities
For this task you are a special education administrator for students with intellectual disabilities.You will write a paper to help you analyze the evolved definition and contributing factor to the presence of intellectual disabilities. There are three parts you should include in this paper. Next, identify and discuss the basic components of a contemporary definition of intellectual disabilities. Considering this audience, briefly describe why the terms have transformed over the years. Include at least two justifications for the latest shift in terminology to Intellectual Disability. Part III: Given your local living setting or other community of interest, discuss possible factors influencing or contributing to the cause of intellectual disabilities among students. Note how factors prevalent in your location may be particularly impactful.
