Write a 3-4 page paper (essay) summarizing your results and analyzing your current diet. You must use the report you generated and submitted in Part 1 of the project to complete this part of the assignment. At a minimum, you should address the following topics:
- (5 points) Which days did you complete the three-day recall? Explain why you chose these days.
- (5 points) Summarize the results from your three-day recall (Part I). Be specific. Identify the total number of calories, grams of fats (saturated/unsaturated), grams of carbohydrates (complex, simple, and fiber) and grams of protein. Identify amounts of important vitamins (vitamins A, D, E, B, and C) and minerals (calcium, iron, and sodium). Identify any other important information that will help you analyze your eating habits. (Do not list or include tables.)

- (5 points) Discuss how the results of your three-day recall compare to USDA’s “My Plate.” (Don’t forget to use your analysis printout from Part 1.) Be specific.
- (15 points) Discuss the health implications associated with your results. Be sure to explain how your current diet affects your personal health. (You will need to do some research and use in-text citations for this part of your paper.)
- (5 points) Explain how your dietary habits affect others (friends, family, and community).
- (10 points) Do you feel that your results from the three-day analysis present an accurate view of your normal dietary habits (what you eat on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis)? Why/Why not? Explain your answer.
